How to achieve greater results!

The most important thing to remember when exercising is to always use the correct technique! It is incredible the number of times I see people using terrible technique, be it when running or lifting weights.

You will ALWAYS achieve greater results, whatever your physical goals, by using the correct technique, even if that means lowering the weight or the number of reps that you perform.

Poor technique will result in muscular imbalances, injuries or both. Either way it will have a negative impact on your results.
