The goal of the Whelthy plan is to create a ‘user-friendly’ guide, designed to be simple and easy to follow. We want to help the overweight office worker, the nurse, the construction worker, the accountant etc. to learn how to make simple changes that would get their bodies as healthy as possible and therefore get the results they’ve always wanted, without having to dramatically change their daily routines.

The Fast Track programme is a bit stricter than the original plan, but it is still easily do-able and fits in around your job and daily life

This plan is a fast-track programme that will get you the best, and quickest results, whatever your current condition or circumstances. It contains a more exact meal plan that will get you dramatically better results, even if you can’t/don’t want to do the exercise part of the plan.

12 Weeks

The Fast Track plan can also be used to inter-link with the original Whelthy programme. You can use the more manageable original plan throughout the year and then use the Fast Track plan in the weeks leading up to a holiday, wedding, event etc. to make sure you're looking lean and toned when it matters most.
