Do this quick ‘bums n tums’ circuit at the end of every box set episode that you watch. We all know how addictive box sets can be, so the results will soon appear!
- 20 Squats
- 20 Sit-Ups
- 10 Donkey Kicks (left leg)
- 10 Donkey Kicks (right leg)
- 20 seconds Plank
- Do the exercises back-to-back.
- Hold weights for squats to make them more difficult if necessary.
