Ingredients
• 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 2 slices wholemeal bread
• Coconut oil
Instructions
1. Put egg and almond milk in bowl and beat together.
2. Dip bread slices in egg mixture until soaked through.
3. Put bread in pan that is coated in coconut oil.
4. Cook over a low heat until lightly brown. Turn to get both sides.
5. Serve toast with berries and syrup. Enjoy!
