Tuna Pasta Bake
Ingredients
• 600g white or wholemeal pasta
• 50g butter
• 50g plain flour
• 600ml almond milk
• 250g cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 large tins of tuna, drained
• 1 tin sweetcorn, drained
Instructions
1. Cook pasta as directed on the packet.
2. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute then gradually stir in almond milk.
3. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 of the cheese.
4. In a casserole dish, mix sauce with pasta, tuna, and sweetcorn.
5. Spread mixture and top with remaining cheese.
6. Heat oven to 180ºC and bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!
