Spinach Spaghetti Bake

Spinach Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pack baby spinach

• 1 egg, slightly beaten, 2 cups grated cheese

• 1/2 cup almond milk

• 1/2 onion, chopped

• 4oz white or wholemeal spaghetti

• 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

1. Cook spaghetti as directed on the packet.

2. Cook spinach and drain.

3. Preheat oven to 180ºC.

4. Mix egg, onion, salt, pepper, cheese and almond milk in a bowl.

5. Add spaghetti and spinach and mix well.

6. Spread mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish. Cover and bake for 15 minutes.

7. Uncover and bake for a further 45 minutes.

8. Serve and enjoy!
