Spicy Prawns
Ingredients
• 1 cup prawns
• 1 cup quinoa
• 1/2 red pepper, chopped
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Cook quinoa as directed on the packet.
2. Coat the frying pan in olive oil and add prawns, paprika, and peppers for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix in a bowl with quinoa, serve and enjoy!
