Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 red pepper, diced
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• Handful of spinach
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Coat pan with rapeseed oil on low heat.
2. Add red pepper and mushrooms to pan for 2 minutes then add spinach.
3. Whisk eggs in bowl.
4. Add eggs to pan and stir into a scramble.
5. Serve and enjoy!
