Quinoa Salad
Ingredients
• 1-2 cups quinoa
• 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 onion, chopped
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1. Cook quinoa as directed on the packet.
2. Combine other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add quinoa and mix in.
4. Serve and enjoy!
