Ingredients
• 4 tbsp oats
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1/2 banana, sliced
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
• 100-150 ml water/almond milk
Instructions
1. Put oats in bowl.
2. Boil water or heat almond milk in microwave for 1 minute, then pour over oats.*
3. Add ground flaxseeds and peanut butter and mix in.
4. Add banana slices and enjoy!
*For thinner porridge add more water/almond milk. For thicker porridge use less.
