Ingredients(serves 4)
• 1 cup of pancake mix, coconut oil for frying
• 1 egg, 1 can of condensed milk
• 1/3 cup of water
• 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/3 cup of peanut butter
Instructions
1. In a large bowl mix the pancake mix & sugar.
2. In a small bowl beat peanut butter and the egg, add condensed milk & water.
3. Stir mixture into dry ingredients.
4. Heat lightly oiled frying pan on medium heat. 1 large spoon at a time add the batter, turning when bubbles appear on top of pancakes.
5. Fry until both sides are golden brown & serve with fruit of your choice.
