Ingredients(for 20 bites)
• 4 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 6 bananas
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line tray with baking paper and set aside.
2. Blend oats until fine, put in mixing bowl with baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
3. Put bananas, applesauce, peanut butter and syrup in blender and blend until liquefied.
4. Add to the oats mixture and mix well, adding chocolate chips.
5. Spread mixture on to prepared tray and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Allow to cool, cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
