Ingredients(for 24 cookies)
• 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 scoop whey protein powder (flavour optional)
• 3 eggs, 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup water
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Mix butter, peanut butter, brown and white sugar in a bowl until smooth.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time then add vanilla extract and water.
4. Combine flour, protein powder, baking soda and salt. Add to mixture.
5. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Spoon dough onto un-greased sheets.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool.
7. Enjoy with a glass of almond/coconut milk.
