Ingredients
• 1 egg
• 1 banana, sliced
• 2 slices wholemeal bread
• Coconut oil
• 1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
1. Put egg and almond milk in a bowl and beat together.
2. Dip bread slices in egg mixture until soaked through.
3. Put bread in pan that is coated in coconut oil.
4. Cook over a low heat until lightly brown. Turn to get both sides.
5. Serve toast with banana slices and syrup. Enjoy!
