Ingredients
• 2 eggs, milk, pinch of salt & pepper
• 2 slices wholemeal bread
• Rapeseed oil
Instructions
1. Coat pan with rapeseed oil on low heat.
2. Whisk eggs in a bowl with milk and then add to pan. Stir into a scramble.
3. Toast wholemeal bread in toaster.
4. Add scrambled egg, season with salt & pepper and enjoy!
