Fitness Flapjacks
Ingredients (for 20 flapjacks)
• 180g peanut butter
• 200g golden syrup
• 2 bananas, mashed
• 50g pumpkin seeds, 50g sunflower seeds
• 2 cups oats
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Melt peanut butter and syrup in a pan over medium heat.
3. Stir in banana, seeds, and oats.
4. Line an 8x8 inch tray and pour in the mixture, smooth the top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Cut into 20 pieces then leave to cool for 20 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!
