Energy Bar - Honey Nut

Ingredients (makes 3 bars)

• 1/2 cup raisins

• 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts

• 1 tsp linseeds

• 1 tsp ground flaxseeds

• 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Put nuts in a blender and chop them up. Add raisins and blend until paste forms.

2. Put the paste in a bowl and add other ingredients. Mix well.

3. Layout 3 12x12 pieces of cling film.

4. Divide mixture into thirds and wrap tightly in film.

5. Shape mixture into bars and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

6. Enjoy as part of a meal or snack on-the-go!
