Energy Bar - Cranberry
Ingredients (makes 3 bars)
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp linseeds
Instructions
1. Put cranberries and raisins in a blender and blend until paste forms. Set aside.
2. Put peanuts in a blender and chop them up.
3. Add nuts, syrup, and linseeds to a bowl of paste and mix well.
4. Layout 3 12x12 pieces of cling film.
5. Divide mixture into thirds and wrap tightly in film.
6. Shape mixture into bars and put in the fridge for an hour.
7. Enjoy as part of a meal or snack on-the-go!
