Cottage Pie

Ingredients (serves 4)

• 500g lean minced beef

• 1 onion, chopped

• 4 large potatoes or sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped

• 4 tsp gravy granules mixed with half a pint of water

• 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

1. Brown the minced beef and onion in frying pan for about 5 minutes.

2. Put in a casserole dish and stir in gravy.

3. Boil potatoes/sweet potatoes for 15-20 minutes, drain and mash.

4. Heat almond milk in the microwave for 30 seconds, add to potatoes and beat until creamy. Spread on top of minced beef.

5. Preheat oven to 180ºC and cook for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

6. Serve with green veg and enjoy!
