Ingredients
• 1 cup cashew nuts
• 1/2 cup oats
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Put cashews and oats in blender and blend until fine.
2. Slowly add syrup and honey and blend until ball is formed.
3. Remove from blender and put in fridge on baking paper in a tray for 10 minutes or until mixture thickens.
4. Roll into bite-sized balls, adding chocolate chips.
5. No need to bake, serve and enjoy!
