Chicken Wrap
Ingredients (makes 4 wraps)
• 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
• 4 white or wholemeal tortilla wraps
• Olive oil
• Pinch salt
• Pinch black pepper
• 1/2 cucumber, sliced
• 4 tbsp satay sauce
Instructions
1. Coat frying pan with olive oil. Add chicken, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until no longer pink.
2. Spread 1 tbsp of satay sauce over each wrap.
3. Add chicken and cucumber and fold wrap.
4. Serve and enjoy!
