Ingredients

• 3 handfuls of spinach

• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

• Pinch salt, Pinch black pepper

• Cooked chicken fillets (optional)

• 1 tbsp mustard

• 1 cup cashew nuts

Instructions

1. For the dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.

2. Add spinach, nuts and chicken & mix.

3. Serve and enjoy!
