Broccoli and Nut Bowl
Ingredients
• 1-2 handfuls of tender-stem broccoli
• 1 handful of cashew nuts
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Coconut oil
Instructions
1. Add broccoli and garlic to the pan that is coated in coconut oil and heat until desired firmness.
2. In a separate pan, roast cashew nuts until lightly brown.
3. Combine broccoli and nuts in a bowl, serve with quinoa and enjoy!
