Ingredients

• 1 chicken breast

• 1 tsp sesame seed oil

• 1 tbsp honey teriyaki marinade

• 1 tsp soy sauce

• 1/4 cup water

• 2-inch piece of ginger, chopped

• 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

1. Coat frying pan with sesame seed oil and cook chicken until no longer pink.

2. Set chicken aside and add other ingredients to pan.

3. Mix well and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

4. Add chicken back into pan and heat for a few minutes while mixing.

5. Serve with salad or quinoa and enjoy!
